July 5: 2.5% Pay Increase and First-Ever Local 328, 3% Longevity Increase

All of our members and fair-share employees will receive a contractual raise on July 5. You should see the increase in your paycheck on July 23. Anyone who has been at top step in their current classification for five years or more will also receive a 3% union longevity increase – for the first time ever! We worked hard to bargain a good contract last year and we are happy to see this longevity increase be implemented for the first time and reward some of our most dedicated members.

Local 328 Shop Talk

Local 328 is adding blogging to the many ways we try to communicate with each other. The advantage to blogging as a way of sharing news is that we can hear from our members who comment and we can respond to their questions.
