All of our members and fair-share employees will receive a contractual raise on July 5. You should see the increase in your paycheck on July 23. Anyone who has been at top step in their current classification for five years or more will also receive a 3% union longevity increase – for the first time ever! We worked hard to bargain a good contract last year and we are happy to see this longevity increase be implemented for the first time and reward some of our most dedicated members.

Nice job 328 and great win! The bargining team worked hard to bring this cause there are other AFSCME locals that 10+ furlough days. That will make for a nice increase for our long time members!
